Eligibility:
A duplicate of the beginning certificate (or passport) is necessary for all brand-new people. A $10.00 belated fee will undoubtedly be charged or even obtained by January 10th.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Some players could need to supply additional papers if they have international delivery certificates or passports; RSA will contact you if extra documents are expected once we've assessed the passport/birth certification. That is a FIFA requirement and RSA doesn't have power to prevent this.
**Players will not be placed on a group before time of birth is verified and any clearance has been gotten.

Player Requests:
While each work will be designed to grant a new player's request, there are not any guarantees and RSA must stick to Team development recommendations.

Reimbursement Plan:
Enrollment costs is refunded less a $10.00 processing charge. Belated charges are not refundable no refunds is going to be made after the first online game. Please note: If RSA is not able to spot player on a group, the handling charge would be waived and the full reimbursement would be granted.

Registration Dates and Deadlines:

• Early subscription (on-line only): November 30th - December 18th December 19th - January 10th

• Later Registration/Wait List: Starts January 11th
  * Late charge of $10.00 with no guarantee of time for similar group * belated fee is non-refundable
• NOTE: belated costs usually do not connect with high-school many years

• U4 - U8 Age Groups:&nbsp February twentieth, 2016 - PROPOSED
• U9 - U14 age ranges:&nbsp February 13th, 2016 - PROPOSED
• U15 - U19 age ranges:&nbsp March 22nd, 2016 - PROPOSED

2015 - 2016 Regular Recreational Registration Costs:

• ++ Fee includes online game clothing (brand-new players only); take note that U4 & U5 teams is co-ed.
  
• ** Additional consistent fee of $30.00 required for brand new or TRANSFERRING people; uniforms consist of jersey, shorts and socks.
  
• Additional $10 fee for late registrations beginning January 11th

Required Registration Papers:

• Repayment of fees (online: credit card, in office: cash, check, charge card)

Age Demands:
Players must switch 4 yrs . old on or before July 31, 2016 to relax and play; this will be an NTSSA guideline and there are NO EXCLUSIONS

RSA Boundaries:
