Co-ed personal – For people with football abilities
Co-ed Super personal – For people with minimal or recreational soccer skills
STRUCTURE:
8v8 – 8 people on field at any given time (including goalkeeper), about 3 should be feminine.
11v11 – 11 players in the field at any given time (including goalkeeper), about 5 should be female.

INCLUDED:
- Each staff plays 6 regular period games.
- Play-offs start the week after the end associated with regular period.
